The short version
This presentation website is deliberately lightweight. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Theme and language choices stay on your device: the appearance preference is saved in local browser storage and the language is represented by the page URL. The PathlyAI app is a separate service and processes the information needed to provide its guided features.
Information the app may process
When you use the app, this can include access and account information, text you choose to enter in guided sessions, saved progress, support messages, language and appearance preferences, and technical information needed to keep the service reliable and secure. Do not enter information you do not want processed as part of the feature you are using.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the feature you request, generate relevant guidance, save progress where available, protect the service, answer support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. PathlyAI does not present automated guidance as a decision with legal or similarly significant effect.
AI-generated guidance
Some features use automated systems to generate text from the context you provide. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You remain in control of what you share and whether a suggestion is useful. PathlyAI is not a medical or emergency service.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about access, correction, export or deletion by emailing support@pathlyai.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Rights and retention requirements can vary by location and by the reason the information is held.
Service providers and security
Specialized providers may process limited information to host, secure and operate the website and app. Access should be limited to what is needed for their role. No online service can promise absolute security, but PathlyAI uses encrypted transport and access controls appropriate to the service.
